Who Am I? Connect with me

Wild Embodiment Class: This class invites participants to reconnect with their bodies through free movement, breathwork, and expression. It is a safe space to explore and embrace the natural rhythms of the body, letting go of limitations and accessing personal power.

Yoni and Lingam Circle: These circles are sacred spaces for human beings to come together in community to explore their belief system around genitals, deepen their connection to their bodies, and engage in healing practices. These circles foster openness, respect, and mutual support.

Yoni & Lingam Self Massage: These workshops guide individuals in connecting with their own bodies through conscious, loving touch. Participants learn self-massage techniques that promote relaxation, healing, and a deeper understanding of their sexual and energetic selves.

Ceremonies: Raiz hosts various ceremonies that are rooted in ancient traditions and aimed at spiritual growth and healing. These ceremonies often incorporate ritual, intention-setting, to help participants access deeper states of consciousness and transformation.

Tantric Practices: Tantra is explored as a holistic approach to life that integrates spirituality, sexuality, and personal growth. These practices encourage participants to experience greater intimacy with themselves and others, while cultivating energy, presence, and connection.

Cacao Medicine: Raiz offers cacao rituals, where this sacred plant medicine is invited to open the heart, enhance emotional healing, and deepen spiritual connection. Participants are guided through a journey of self-reflection and community bonding with the support of cacao’s transformative properties.

Eli Muñoz @Ayurvedarrbana is a communication specialist, social performing artist, and Ayurvedic Practitioner. With studies and experience in India, the United States, and Mexico, she has focused her work on raising awareness of the importance of lifestyle and habits to empower us in our own well-being and healing, with the intention of living a life of clarity and fulfillment. Co-founder of Āyurveda Urbana, she aims to create a new way of enjoying conscious living through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, with a focus on trauma and women.

Freedom Fairy is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga instructor with a deep passion for helping others connect to their inner freedom and discover the medicine within.

Guided by the sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga, Freedom Fairy channels these powerful practices to support transformation through breathwork, meditation, and asanas. She is also devoted to the healing power of mantra and sound frequency, using these tools to create profound shifts in energy and awareness.

With an open heart and a reverence for the practice, Freedom Fairy holds space for people to explore their highest potential and align with their true essence.

Vanessa is the founder of SEEDS, a global project focused on consciousness and a network of therapists facilitating wellness experiences worldwide and online.

She is the creator of new vibrational healing experiences, combining water therapy with the healing power of frequencies, meditation, and the intelligence of the heart.

Water is a powerful link to our emotions and our inner world. We were born in water, and our cells are made of water – when we enter this element, a communication is activated that goes beyond the usual.

After a heart coherence meditation to activate the frequency of the heart, you will connect to your center and learn to create a safe space of care, allowing the other to surrender. The subtle touch, the care through mere presence. Through this workshop, you will reconnect with your loving essence, with “being” rather than “doing,” and allow a flow that has the power to transform us from within.

Angada Das is a vegetarian chef with 12 years of experience, specializing in Hindu-Mexican gastronomy. His culinary journey was inspired by travels to India and 8 years spent in an Ashram, where he learned the art of cooking as a loving offering. Since then, he has blended art and gastronomy, organizing events and participating in various festivals and retreats. He is also a co-founder of an association for distributing free food. His food truck project was recognized among the best in Mexico City in 2015.

His cuisine combines dishes that are not only beneficial to the body but also a true feast for the senses, mind, and soul. Currently, he offers art experiences and the ritual of wise eating as the chef of his restaurant in the southern Sierra of Oaxaca.
