Somatic Healing Session

''Raiz allowed me to express myself and my feelings. It was easy for me to open me. She interrupt gentle at the right moments... 

During the process she gave me the space to work on my topics on my own. With gentle inputs, she guided the process. So I could regress into a very young stage in my life as a child...baby. (There was a moment I was this baby - I could not speak and say, that I need that you please hold my hand for support. Even you said in the beginning, say your needs - in this stage I could not articulated...What can help: Not jump 100 % into the situation - a part should be everytime "aware"...)

For me Raiz appeared at the right time in my life. I felt like guided. The more I could open up myself, the more healing was possible. Raiz works trauma-sensitive, clear and it takes me into self-responsibility. The work with here is high energetic, bright and challenging.
