I’m Raíz — a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, space holder, divine feminine guide, daughter of the earth and a human being.

My service is born from personal experience:
I am someone who lost connection to her own body and soul after sexual trauma experience— and who slowly, through years of deep inner work, found her way back.

I knew from the begin that the pain was calling my sovereignty.

I hold space for people who are healing, remembering, and reclaiming themselves — not just mentally, but through their bodies, breath, and nervous system.

My offerings are sacred.
Rooted in reverence.
And designed for those who are ready to move beyond talk… and into embodied truth.

I’ve worked with tools such as energy healing, menstrual cycle awareness, emotional expression techniques, voice liberation, drumming, and womb-centered rituals to support the body in remembering its truth.

At the heart of my work is a devotion to exploring the roots of numbness, pain, and pleasure — and guiding others back to the authenticity of who they are beneath the conditioning.

My practice is ever-evolving, rooted in presence, and grounded in the wisdom of the body, the spirit, and the lineage we each carry.
